From the house of Armand de Brignac comes a brand new bottle of bubbly! The company has just launched its groundbreaking 30-liter Rosé “Midas” bottle of champers, for a party like nothing else! Equivalent to 40 regular-sized 750ml bottles, the bottle weighs 100 pounds (45kg) and measures over 1.20m (four feet) high making it the world’s largest bottle of Rosé Champagne ever! The first of these mammoth bottles was popped on December 13, 2013 at the Hakkasan Las Vegas, located at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.
According to Yvonne Lardner, Global Director of Brand Communications for Armand de Brignac, the bottle of bubbly has been made using grapes from the most historic villages of Champagne, with every step done by hand keeping in check the Armand de Brignac quality and uniqueness. Given the bottle’s size and the labor-intensive production methods involved, the company will produce a limited number of Armand de Brignac Rosé 30L Midas bottles. Available for purchase at Hakkasan Las Vegas, the Rosé Midas will retail 200.200 Euro ($275,000).
