Minivan Sales In America - June 2014 YTD

51% of the minivans sold in America in June 2014 were Chrysler products, either copies of the top-selling Chrysler Town & Country or its Dodge Grand Caravan sibling. 

It's a strategy FCA plans to kill off, but does it ever work. The duo's market share is up from 41.7% a year ago. Year-to-date, their share is 49.7%, up from 44.5% in the first half of 2013.

Leftovers are few for the Kia Sedona, Mazda 5, and Nissan Quest, which only made up 4.5% of the market in June 2014. The Honda Odyssey is down 5% this year and slid 23% in June. Toyota Sienna sales are down slightly this year, but rose slightly in June.
